Agile projects or why there is no agile project management
Together with the regional group Dresden of the GPM e.V., the PMI Local Group Dresden invites you to the topic
"Agile projects or why there is no agile project management and the role of the PL is and will remain important"
A Scrum Master and Product Owner are often used in agile projects. The question often arises, what do we need a project manager for?
Can an "agile project" work without a project manager? Can a "classic" project also be agile without a scrum master and product owner?
The lecture will show and discuss why the role of the project manager still has a future and why projects with a non-agile approach can also be highly agile.
And even after the lecture, things continue in an agile way. Using formats from the "Liberating Structures", the insights from the lecture are extracted and agility is experienced live. Almost incidentally, the Liberating Structures are introduced and explained what they can be used for.
Finally, e means exchanging views on the topics heard over small snacks and networking.
