 In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing business environm
 ent\, project managers are constantly challenged to deliver projects succe
 ssfully while adapting to changes and demands. The Kanban Project\, Progra
 m\, and Portfolio Management (KPPM) approach is gaining traction as a solu
 tion to these challenges. What makes KPPM particularly appealing is that i
 t is not a replacement for traditional PM methodologies\; rather\, it augm
 ents and enhances them.
 KPPM is rooted in the principles of Kanban\, a v
 isual management tool that originated in manufacturing and has been adapte
 d for knowledge work. It focuses on project and service flow management pr
 actices\, aiming to improve project success rates significantly. KPPM scal
 es naturally\, allowing for the management of projects\, programs\, and po
 rtfolios without introducing unnecessary complexity or bureaucracy. It enc
 ourages starting where you are and seeking improvement through evolutionar
