 At the start of our project\, we want to bring the team together
  with team building workshops. For this purpose\, we like to use so-called
  icebreaker games.
 We've all been victims of icebreakers gone wrong. Act
 ivities that are meant to be fun and bonding\, but instead\, feel forced\,
  awkward\, and are just moving way too fast for our introverted friends. T
 oo often\, the ice is \"broken\" without consent from the participants\, l
 eaving them feeling uncomfortable rather than connected.
