SUMMARY:Flight Levels Flight Club - Businessmap #4 (mit Lukas Schmidt\, Deu
 tsche Telekom)
DESCRIPTION:This session opens with a guest who is no stranger in our Fligh
t Levels Community: Lukas Schmidt starts us off with a short intro: how yo
u depict and connect a Flight Levels Work-System Topology (WST) on a Busin
essmap whiteboard.Flight Level 3 is the part that does not fit a standard
board. Strategy work is not linear: it wants something much more free-flow
ing\, and a whiteboard gives you exactly that. The Flight Level 3 board be
comes a narrative you can actually depict\, and that narrative is the \"S\
" in SOFI: the stories you pull your outcomes from\, before those outcomes
turn into flight items. (OKRA - Objectives\, Key Results\, Actions - is t
he older Flight Levels depiction of the same idea\, and all of those parts
  can be shown in Businessmap.)
Bring a question or a topic you'd like th

SUMMARY:English BookClub October 2026 - Agentic Artificial Intelligence
DESCRIPTION:This Month’s Focus Book:&nbsp\; Agentic Artificial Intelligen
 ce by Pascal Bornet
 Presenter: Richa Agarwal—AI/ML Transformation Lead
er | Project Manager | AI Service Delivery Specialist | PMI-SME | Women in
Projects NetworkEvent DescriptionIn this edition of the Nexus of Learning
Book Club\, we use Agentic Artificial Intelligence by Pascal Bornet as a
springboard to explore a much bigger question: How should project leaders
operate when AI systems are no longer just tools but autonomous collaborat
ors?Why this book for this event?Agentic AI represents the next phase of d
igital transformation. Many organizations are already experimenting with g
enerative AI\, but very few are structurally prepared for systems that can
  reason\, plan\, trigger workflows\, and operate with semi-autonomy. This
book was selected because it shifts the conversation from AI as a capabili
ty to AI as a transformation catalyst that reshapes governance\, delivery
models\, and leadership accountability. You will leave with enterprise-leve
l insights\, applied perspectives\, and a clearer understanding of how to
lead confidently in a world where AI is becoming increasingly autonomous.

SUMMARY:The real bottleneck isn't capacity. It's the ability to make decisi
 ons.
DESCRIPTION:The webinar will be held in German language
 Die eigentliche E
ngpassfrage ist nicht Kapazität. Sie ist Entscheidungsfähigkeit. (mit Na
vina Linden-Hömberger\, Head of PMO bei 9dots)
r getroffen.Anhand eines praxisnahen Fallbeispiels zeigt dieses Webinar\,
warum Organisationen häufig nicht an fehlendem Wissen\, sondern an Inform
 ationsfragmentierung\, Priorisierungskonflikten und stockenden Entscheidun
gen scheitern.
