 placed onproject managers and leaders are also rising. Self-management\, s
 elf-awareness\, andresilience are thus becoming critical competencies for 
 effective and sustainableproject management.This one-day workshop focuses 
 on the individual in the midst of transformation. The emphasisis on consci
 ously managing inner drivers and mental patterns\, recognizing one’s own
 strengths\, and exploring how these can provide direction\, stability\, an
 d effectiveness inday-to-day project work.
