SUMMARY:Bevor du auf KI setzt: Bring zuerst Flow in dein Portfolio. (Lunch
 Session)
DESCRIPTION:This Webinar will be held in German Language!
 (Information:&n
bsp\;This Webinar will be also be held in English Language! 27. Mai 2026\,
18:30 CET. use this link to register.)
ber was\, wenn die größten Hebel längst darunter liegen\, festgehalten
in den Policies\, die bestimmen\, wie Arbeit durchs Portfolio fließt?
 I
  finanziellen Werts realisiert.
Dann verändern wir drei Dinge. Eines na
 ch dem anderen:

 WIP auf Portfolio-Ebene begrenzen
 Klare Priorisieru
ngsregeln in der gesamten Organisation einführen
 Gezielte teamübergrei
 fende Zusammenarbeit ermöglichen

SUMMARY:Before You Bet on AI\, Get Flow Into Your Portfolio First
DESCRIPTION:A 30-minute live experiment with the Xuviate Flow Simulator - a
nd a surprise that should change how you think about portfolio improvement
.Everyone is rushing to layer AI and new tooling onto project delivery. Bu
t what if the biggest gains are already sitting underneath all of that - l
ocked up in the policies that govern how work flows through the portfolio?
In just 30 minutes\, Mark Geschke will run a full simulated year (260 work
ing days) of a realistic\, multi-team project portfolio - live\, in the Xu
viate Flow Simulator. We'll start from a baseline most leaders will instan
tly recognise: too much started\, too little finished\, deadlines slipping
\, and only around 10% of the potential financial value captured by year-e
nd.Please address any questuions directly to Mathias Tölken (mathias@xuvi

SUMMARY:English BookClub October 2026 - Agentic Artificial Intelligence
DESCRIPTION:This Month’s Focus Book:&nbsp\; Agentic Artificial Intelligen
 ce by Pascal Bornet
 Presenter: Richa Agarwal—AI/ML Transformation Lead
er | Project Manager | AI Service Delivery Specialist | PMI-SME | Women in
Projects NetworkEvent DescriptionIn this edition of the Nexus of Learning
Book Club\, we use Agentic Artificial Intelligence by Pascal Bornet as a
springboard to explore a much bigger question: How should project leaders
operate when AI systems are no longer just tools but autonomous collaborat
ors?Why this book for this event?Agentic AI represents the next phase of d
igital transformation. Many organizations are already experimenting with g
enerative AI\, but very few are structurally prepared for systems that can
  reason\, plan\, trigger workflows\, and operate with semi-autonomy. This
book was selected because it shifts the conversation from AI as a capabili
ty to AI as a transformation catalyst that reshapes governance\, delivery
models\, and leadership accountability. You will leave with enterprise-leve
l insights\, applied perspectives\, and a clearer understanding of how to
lead confidently in a world where AI is becoming increasingly autonomous.
