DESCRIPTION:Dear PM enthusiasts\, members of PMI and friends\,
 Greetings 
 and here's the invite to the next English Round Table for the project mana
 gement professionals living in and around the city of Langen. With this ev
 ent we intend to facilitate exchange between PMs\, and we will talk about 
 Agile Project Management in the Organization. As agile software developmen
 t gains awareness and popularity in the software industry\, it also contin
 ues to capture the interest of the research community. There are several t
 opics within the agile software development area that demand deeper unders
 tanding and research. One such topic is 'Agile Project Management' which r
 elates to the management of software projects that are developed using var
 ious agile frameworks such as Kanban\, eXtreme Programming (XP) and Scrum.
  This meeting will allow you to discuss and outline the proposed research 
 on agile project management. In particular we hope to explore the role of 
 the project manager\, the process and problems of transitioning into an ag
 ile framework\, and the management of outsourced agile projects. Our volun
 teer team of the Germany Chapter will be available to facilitate the discu
 ssion.
