 k is not linear: it wants something much more free-flowing\, and a whitebo
 ard gives you exactly that. The Flight Level 3 board becomes a narrative y
 ou can actually depict\, and that narrative is the \"S\" in SOFI: the stor
 ies you pull your outcomes from\, before those outcomes turn into flight i
 tems. (OKRA - Objectives\, Key Results\, Actions - is the older Flight Lev
 els depiction of the same idea\, and all of those parts can be shown in Bu
 sinessmap.)
