Ein besonderes Volunteer Event für Dich, Besucher 

Liebe Volunteers, hallo Besucher,

herzlich willkommen zu einer weiteren Ausgabe unseres Volunteer Newsletters - für manche von euch eine freundliche Erinnerung. 

Es geht gleich los mit einer Überraschung und zwei Call-to-Actions. Macht mit!

Extra Volunteer Event am 22. Juni um 17 Uhr: 

Wir werden ein Extra Volunteer Event am 22. Juni veranstalten, zwischen 17 und 18:30 Uhr mit keiner geringeren als Lenka Pincot, Chief of Staff to the CEO of PMI. Zum Thema "Insights from my China visit" - sowie was daraus für PMI und unsere Kultur abzuleiten ist.  Anmelden bis 21.06.23, 19 Uhr:

In einem Interview werden Lenka Pincot u. a. folgende Fragen gestellt:

• What do you see at the first place of the Mega Trends concerning a high influence on project economy, Lenka? What does the research say?
• We live in a world full of disruptions. Can you tell us, how do deal with disruption?
• Why do you consider Transformation as a necessity?
• Which knowledge do we need in fulfilling Strategic tasks in this time of digital disruption, where are the human’s skills in this context?
• How do you see the Role of the PMO in this context?
• And do you see necessary changes concerning the Role of the project manager?

Volunteer Survey 2023 - deine Mitarbeit ist gefragt

Anfang 2022 hatten wir bereits eine Volunteer-Umfrage durchgeführt, in Ergänzung zu der Volunteer Satisfaction Survey des PMI. Jetzt möchten wir noch mal eure Meinung erfragen: was gefällt euch, was wollt ihr anders haben?

Unterstützung dringend benötigt - in unserem Chapter

In den Regionen West und Central, aber eigentlich überall, wird verstärkt Unterstützung gesucht, genauso wie im Ressort Kommunikation (da sind es 17 Volunteers, die Wolfgang Friesike für Social Media, Chapter Magazin und Website benötigen würde) - schaut doch bitte mal rein, und teilt die Information:

Darüber hinaus sucht das >>> Social Responsibility Programm Freiwillige, die Lehrkräften dabei helfen wollen, in einem P-Seminar in der Oberstufe die Methodik von Projektmanagement den Schüler*innen näherzubringen. Projektmanagement ist dabei aber nicht das Thema. Die Schüler*innen mit der jeweiligen Lehrkraft suchen sich ein Thema aus. Als Volunteer helfen wir, das Thema zu konkretisieren und spezifisch in einem Charter zu definieren. Von uns ist kein inhaltlicher Einfluss gewünscht, sondern wir zeigen den Schülern*innen (und auch Lehrkräften) die Methodik von Projektmanagement und im Fortlauf des Projektes auch verschiedene Tools. Die Arbeit erfordert, sich zu reduzieren auf einfache Sprache, und mit unbequemen Zwischenfragen von Teenagern, mangelndem Enthusiasmus, unerfahrenen Lehrkräften mit ganz offenen, nicht klar definierten Themen klar zu kommen. Zeitlich ist die Aufgabe begrenzt auf das bayrische Schuljahr 2023/2024.

Special Volunteer Event on June 22nd, at 5 pm 

You should take part in the extra Volunteer Event with Lenka Pincot, Chief of Staff to the CEO of PMI. On June the 22nd, 5 to 6:30 pm CEST. Topic: "My learnings from my China visit" and what it means for PMI and our culture.
