Project environments continue to accelerate, with constant change, increasing complexity, and growing expectations placed on project professionals. For many women working in projects, this pressure can quietly lead to exhaustion, reduced engagement, and burnout.
In this interactive session, Liz Hector explores how project professionals can thrive rather than simply cope. Drawing on emotional intelligence, practical project experience, and mentoring insights, Liz will share how to build resilience at both an individual and team level.

This session explores how project management is evolving from a delivery-focused discipline into a strategic business capability. 

It is the ability to provide customers a consistent, reliable, repeatable processes that ensures customer satisfaction in their products or services offerings.
Quality delivery hinges on four major pillars begining with customer satisfaction that depends on Quality Planning, Control Quality, Manage Quality and Manage Changes.

The PMP exam is not simply a test of memorization — it is a test of judgment, leadership thinking, and PMI mindset. This session will explore the hidden logic behind tricky PMP questions and provide practical strategies to identify the BEST answer under exam pressure.

Participants will learn how to think like PMI, eliminate misleading options, and approach complex situational questions with confidence and structure.
