Tricky Q&A in the final PMP preparation
Putting your own knowledge to the test - questions that cannot be easily assigned to a topic.
This session is not assigned to a single subject area, but is about discovering the underlying topic based on possible exam questions and finding the most appropriate answer. What repeatedly causes difficulties for participants are questions on agile and hybrid projects, or on the implementation and management of projects across all areas of knowledge. Especially towards the end of the individual preparation, it is essential to practise with such questions in order to gain the necessary confidence for the exam.
In this session, we will also look together at how the exam questions are often structured and how you can approach the right answer using a process of elimination. If you have come across difficult questions yourself where the right answer is not clear to you or you don't know it, you are welcome to bring them to the session.

About the Tutor
Patrick Schmid, Dipl.-Ing., Project Management Professional (PMP) s more than 30 years of experience as a project manager, trainer and consultant in classic, hybrid and agile project management.
In 1997, he founded his company PS Consulting International, which specializes in project management consulting and training. He advises companies from a wide range of industries worldwide. He has been conducting PMP preparation seminars since 2004.
