The power of roles
Efficient projects through clear responsibilities
The event will be in German
As a project manager, you are faced with the daily challenge of making optimal use of resources and managing projects efficiently. In this event, you will learn how a flexible and practice-oriented distribution of roles can help you to overcome typical project problems such as resource bottlenecks and unclear responsibilities.
We will take a look at concrete practical examples and show you how regular reviews and adjustments of roles in projects lead to a smooth process and a successful handover to operations. A methodical tool helps us to analyze and solve the real challenges. Look forward to practical impulses, interactive online surveys and concrete solutions for your everyday project work.
