Technical terms like these are decisive parameters in all performance domains of the PMBOK. They can be found in processes and in the logic of project management, and not only there - technical terms are practical terms that provide a relevant basis for understanding.
In this study group workshop, we will dive into the technical terms of the PMI, discuss the particularly challenging candidates and put them into context - with guaranteed oha moments.

Close the Gap: Brand Yourself for Recognition & Results
Uncover the power of personal branding to overcome hidden biases, be seen as capable, and claim your space.
Workshop Overview
This interactive session empowers women to strategically close the gaps that hinder professional growth — the visibility gap (why some get recognition and others don't) and the perceived capability gap (often internalized, especially among women, despite real expertise).
Using the proven 4P personal branding framework — Persona, Purpose, Positioning, and Presence — this workshop will guide participants in defining, expressing, and elevating their brand for greater recognition, confidence, and career momentum.
Confidence to speak up, take space, and be recognized

What began in 2012 with a Kanban pilot is now a company-wide system with over 1,000 active business map boards, 1.6 million cards created and SAP integration for over 30 boards.
We are delighted to welcome Christian Lisiecki, who has been part of the journey from the very beginning.
In this webinar, he will give us personal insights into the development, challenges and game changers of this journey.
You can find out how GROB-WERKE:
- synchronizes SAP and Businessmap bidirectionally - for over 16,000 tasks every day,
- saves over 30% time with smart automation in feedback loops,
- speeds up the creation of new tasks by over 90% through integration,
- and how real visualization takes operational control to a new level.
Whether you're already working with modern tools or still thinking about getting started, this story shows what's possible in project and process management when you consistently focus on visibility and integration.
At the end, there will be an open Q&A session with Christian - your questions are very welcome!
