The webinar is held in cooperation between the PMI Germany Chapter and xuviate - in GERMAN Language!.
In this webinar, Thomas Benz from TDK-Lambda shares how they dealt with the challenges of multi-project management in electronics development and manufacturing and solved them sustainably. Through the targeted use of Kanban practices, the team reached Maturity Level 2 in less than a year and benefited from advantages such as increased customer focus, better coordination of demand and capacity, and noticeable relief for employees. By using the Businessmap software platform, they were able to bring transparency to their workflows and processes, improve collaboration, and optimize their development and manufacturing processes.
