Everyone is talking about artificial intelligence. But how it is actually used in project management to reduce routine work and speed up decision-making needs to be carefully thought through and tested. Using practical workflows, we will explain which applications deliver immediate benefits and where the clear limitations lie. Participants will also receive a pragmatic approach to introducing AI into their organisations in a structured way.
In this session, I will share my secret sauce on how I overcame my 2x failed PMPs and passed the exam with flying colours.
There is an exact strategy which will help you to clarify how the questions will look like for the exam and what are the technique to go from a 50% passing score to 80% passing score. We will review the different question designs and deep dive into the elimination technique as well.
