Organizations invest significant effort in capturing lessons learned, yet many continue to repeat the same mistakes across projects. The challenge is not a lack of knowledge, but the ability to transform knowledge into organizational capability.

In this webinar, Dr. James Onyinye Mbakpuo introduces the Capability Intelligence Framework (CIF), an approach that helps organizations transform project experiences into actionable intelligence, improved decision-making, and measurable project success. Participants will learn how collaborative learning communities can strengthen knowledge sharing, accelerate innovation, and improve project outcomes across teams and portfolios.

As PMI Germany Chapter, it is important to us to warmly welcome our new members to the chapter and inform them about current developments, exciting offers, and news from the world of project management. That is why we hold our monthly welcome hour for new members—a format for exchange, insights, and participation. At this event, our new members have the opportunity to ask questions about topics that interest them in connection with the PMI Germany Chapter community. The open dialogue in the early evening is moderated by Jörg Glunde, Vice President of Membership of PMI Germany Chapter e.V., possibly together with other volunteers from the PMI Germany Chapter.

Design Thinking has long been more than just a creative tool – it is an integral part of modern project management. As an iterative, user-centred approach, it helps teams to truly understand problems, challenge assumptions and develop innovative solutions – from the initial idea to a tested prototype.
