What is agility?

Is the term still relevant, or have we already arrived in the 'post-agile' era? The joint conference 'Project management and process models' deals with questions from practice and science on the current status of process models in IT projects, with new leadership ideas, but also with the use of AI in project organization. Practitioners and scientists exchange ideas in presentations and workshops.
