We face new challenges in projects every day. With this CoP, we want to take a "deep dive" into a wide range of topics from the broad field of project management across all industries and develop new approaches to tackling these issues, as well as publish them in presentations and articles where appropriate.

In this meeting, we want to get to know each other further and explore the topic of "Integrating Organizational Change Management into Project Management." in a deep dive. 

In particular, work is to be continued on a guideline for project managers in which important checkpoints regarding the integration of change management are listed.

Recognizing, evaluating and managing risks is a central component of successful project management. Risks are potential events or conditions that could have a negative impact on the progress or outcome of a project.
Structured risk management makes it possible to identify risks at an early stage, make well-founded decisions and carry out the project safely. It helps to reduce uncertainties and ensure the success of the project.

We want to thank you for the great volunteer work you have done and continue to do for the chapter, and we want to give you guidance in our community. Therefore we would like to invite you to our 4th Germany-wide virtual Volunteer Event on Thursday, 05.12.2024, 7 to 9 pm.

Denial management as a gateway to enhance organizational performance

Denial management is the process of methodically investigating each denial and conducting a root-cause analysis to determine why the employee is denying or not accepting his or her weaknesses or, at some point, not confessing or denying that they have weaknesses, lack some of the required skills, or simply that they occasionally need improvement and development.
