This session presents insights from a comparative study of LLM-generated responses, highlighting how different models create distinct communication patterns while consistently overlooking solidarity. It also explores how Ubuntu ethics can help project leaders navigate AI-driven transformation.

Project management, as defined by the PMBOK Guide's 7th and 8th editions, encompasses a principles‑based system of value delivery in which project managers apply tailored performance domains — including stakeholder engagement, planning, teamwork, and uncertainty management — to guide teams in producing outcomes that benefit organisations and society.

We face new challenges in projects every day. With this CoP, we want to take a "deep dive" into a wide range of topics from the broad field of project management across all industries and develop new approaches to tackling these issues, as well as publish them in presentations and articles where appropriate.

In this meeting, we want to discuss about intermediate results of the first topics.

The construction and infrastructure industry is facing increasing complexity, growing risk, and increasing demands on professional project management. With the new PMI-Construction Professional (PMI-CP) certification, the Project Management Institute is setting an international standard specifically for the challenges of construction projects.

At this event, all members of the PMI Germany Chapter have the opportunity to ask questions on topics that interest them in connection with the PMI Germany Chapter community. The open dialog in the early evening will be moderated by Joerg Glunde, Vice President Members of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V., possibly together with other volunteers of the PMI Germany Chapter.
