Projectmanagement after the Pandemic

This Event will be held in German language.

Registration exclusively via the website of the Fachgruppe:

Here you will find information about the schedule and the presentations: http://fg-wi-pm.di.ge

Situational Leadership The Hersey-Blanchard Model, also known as the Situational Leadership Model, is a Contingency Model of Leaderhip. The Hersey-Blanchard Model, also known as the Situational Leadership Model, is a leadership theory that suggests that the best leadership style is one that is tailored to the maturity level of the followers. The model consists of four levels of follower maturity - D1, D2, D3, and D4, and four corresponding leadership styles - Telling, Selling, Participating and Delegating. Unlike other leadership models, the Hersey-Blanchard model disregards the idea that corporations require a single approach to leadership. Instead, the model proposes a leadership style that adapts to the unique circumstances of each workplace.
