Wie AI Projekte beschleunigt – ohne die Kontrolle zu verlieren

Moderne AI-Tools versprechen schnellere Projekte – doch wo entsteht der tatsächliche Mehrwert im Projektalltag, und wie behält man dabei die Kontrolle? In diesem interaktiven Vortrag zeigt Nils Hyoma, wie Teams AI Agents gezielt und verantwortungsvoll einsetzen, um bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen und wiederkehrende, nervige Aufgaben zu automatisieren – ohne Transparenz, Steuerbarkeit oder Qualität zu opfern.

Teil 1: Blinde Flecken sichtbar machen

Im ersten Teil der Session probieren wir gemeinsam aus, wie sich technische und fachliche blinde Flecken in Projekten frühzeitig sichtbar machen lassen – bevor sie zu Risiken, Nacharbeit oder Verzögerungen führen.

Teil 2: Von Szenarien zu echter Software (Vibe Engineering)

Im zweiten Teil zeigt Nils in einer Live-Demo, wie Szenarien genutzt werden, um im Sinne von Vibe Engineering tatsächlich Software zu entwickeln. Gemeinsam schauen wir uns an, wie aus BDD-Szenarien konkrete Implementierungsschritte entstehen und wie AI Agents diese Spezifikation als Leitplanke nutzen.
