Close the Gap: Brand Yourself for Recognition & Results
Uncover the power of personal branding to overcome hidden biases, be seen as capable, and claim your space.
Workshop Overview
This interactive session empowers women to strategically close the gaps that hinder professional growth — the visibility gap (why some get recognition and others don't) and the perceived capability gap (often internalized, especially among women, despite real expertise).
Using the proven 4P personal branding framework — Persona, Purpose, Positioning, and Presence — this workshop will guide participants in defining, expressing, and elevating their brand for greater recognition, confidence, and career momentum.
Core Learning Objectives
Reframe limiting narratives that fuel imposter syndrome or self-doubt, replacing them with a clear and authentic personal brand.
Develop strategies to increase visibility and influence in their organization or industry.
Walk away with applicable actions on how to start showing up, speaking up, and standing out with authenticity and confidence.
The 4P Personal Branding Framework
- P1 – Persona: Know Who You Are
- P2 – Purpose: Know What Drives You
- P3 – Positioning: Own Your Value
- P4 – Presence: Show Up Boldly
Key Takeaways
- A personal brand that reflects who you are and what you stand for
- Tools to increase your visibility and credibility in any space
- A reframed mindset around capability and impostor syndrome
