The main language of the conference is German!
What is agility? Is the term still relevant, or have we already arrived in the 'post-agile' era? The joint conference 'Project management and process models' deals with questions from practice and science on the current status of process models in IT projects, with new leadership ideas, but also with the use of AI in project organization. Practitioners and scientists exchange ideas in presentations and workshops.

At the last Rheinland Stammtisch of this year, we will look at current trends and developments in project management, which we will implement together in events in the coming year.
Trendscape Exchange: bring what is relevant to you and your daily practice in project management: methods you’ve heard about and want to learn more about, tools you use successfully – or with which you have failed impressively, topics you’ve missed in our previous events, ideas you finally want to express.
Share the trends that are important to you in project management—together we will turn them into the next events.
The Stammtisch format is informal exchange. Cards will be available on-site that you can use to write down your topic. You can also send your topic in advance by email, written in Word or presented in PowerPoint. If you have any questions or comments in advance, feel free to contact: alexandra.brueckner@pmi-gc.de.
Language: english/ german.
PDU according to PMI TAlent Triangle.
The Stammtisch Rheinland is a regular event in the Cologne-Bonn area for Project Management Professionals and Enthusiasts and for Learners preparing for their certification. We meet in a relaxed atmosphere for cross-industry exchange, personal encounters and fruitful discussions.
And now you: bring your topic and your ideas or send them to: alexandra.brueckner@pmi-gc.de and give impulses, hold a presentation or a workshop, in person or online, in english or german. Use the opportunity to exchange ideas and solutions to promote professionalism in project management.

What to Expect:
Dear project managers, PMOs, new PLs and everyone passionate about projects. We’re looking for experienced PLs, PMOs, new PLs and other project enthusiasts to co-create a lean and realistic agenda for 2026.
We’ll open with a short spark and then a roundtable to capture your needs, exchange practical experiences, and build local connections.
