About the Tutor

Annie is a seasoned project coach and trainer with over 25 years of global experience delivering successful projects in major multinational companies. Known for combining agile thinking with practical delivery methods, she helps teams create real value through simple, repeatable approaches — all while living by her motto: "maximize life and stay sane."
Annie specialises in sponsor coaching, capability development, and improving delivery frameworks. She has been actively involved with PMI since 2009, including roles as Melbourne Chapter President, Region Mentor, and Head of Client Engagement for Australia and New Zealand.

She holds PMP and CAPM certifications, works as an agile coach and board director, and is the author of two business books: The Courageous Sponsor and Turning Ideas into Impact — the latter a #1 Amazon bestseller.
