Projektmanagement ist ein Thema, mit dem gerade Kinder und Jugendliche früh in Berührung kommen sollten, denn Kinder sind die geborenen Projektmanager!
Dass es möglich ist, jungen (und jung gebliebenen!) Menschen einen wunderbaren Zugang zu Projekten zu ermöglichen, zeigt das im Selbstverlag publizierte Kinder- und Jugendbuch „Fauch will fliegen. Projektmanagement verstehen für Kinder“ von Michaela und Mathias Flick. Im Buch möchte der kleine, grüne Drache Fauch gemeinsam mit seinen tierischen Freunden auf große Flugreise um die Welt gehen. Weil aber nicht alle Tiere fliegen können, bauen sich Fauch und seine Freunde ein fantastisches Fluggerät – einen Zeppelong! Auf diese Weise lernen sie, was ein Projekt ist, auf was es bei einem Projekt ankommt – und natürlich erlebt die tierische Truppe allerhand spannende Abenteuer auf ihrem Weg.
Die Autorin Michaela Flick gibt Einblicke ins Buch und zeigt auf, mit welchen didaktischen Tricks und Kniffen es möglich ist, Kindern spielerisch mit dem Thema Projektmanagement in Berührung zu bringen.
