Answering PMP exam questions is often one of the most talked-about parts of exam preparation. In this interactive session, we will look at helpful methods for analysing and answering questions, explore reliable practice resources, and work through examples together. Whether you are just starting your prep or fine-tuning your exam technique, this session will help you feel more prepared and confident.

At our meetings so far last year, it has become clear that our members would like to take a closer look at the PMBOK® Guide. At the next meeting, one of our participants will give a presentation on the topic of ‘Scope in the Performance Domains’ and show how these can be applied in projects in the life sciences sector.
Afterwards, we would like to initiate a discussion and exchange our own experiences and good practices.

As PMI Germany Chapter, it is important to us to warmly welcome our new members to the chapter and inform them about current developments, exciting offers, and news from the world of project management. That is why we hold our monthly welcome hour for new members—a format for exchange, insights, and participation. At this event, our new members have the opportunity to ask questions about topics that interest them in connection with the PMI Germany Chapter community. The open dialogue in the early evening is moderated by Jörg Glunde, Vice President of Membership of PMI Germany Chapter e.V., possibly together with other volunteers from the PMI Germany Chapter.

Believe in your Profession

Amazing results mean amazing efforts from believers. I found many stories to share with you about belief. The first question we need to answer is “do I believe in myself? Am I aware of the great possibilities around me, my career, my colleagues. One of my preferred sentences is “you could be my teacher”. I am always open to learning from anybody, anyplace, under any circumstances. Are you ready to do that?
