Study Group Session - Business environment: Manage and control change (Helmut Schneider)
From Change to Controlled Action:
Regulatory requirements, technological developments, organizational changes, or simply changing stakeholder requirements can have a significant impact on projects.
In this interactive online workshop, participants will work on a practical change scenario and combine three central tasks of the PMP® Exam Content Outline 2026:
1. Manage and Control Changes (ECO DIII-T3)
2. Support Organizational Change (ECO DIII-T7)
3. Evaluate External Business Environment Changes (ECO DIII-T8)
Together we develop a structured approach:
Recognize change → evaluate impact on scope and backlog → involve stakeholders → implement them in a controlled manner
Practical, interactive and with a clear PMP® exam reference.
