Local Group Boeblingen - October '25

✴️ The biggest problem with project effort estimation isn't human error, but the lack of a consistent, objective model that can handle complexity and customized projects.
We've all seen the impact of this. It leads to missed deadlines and budget overruns, creating a domino effect of issues for both project managers and clients.
The solution?
A neural network model for effort estimation. It involves training an artificial intelligence with historical project data to predict future effort with greater accuracy.
The authors of the paper, Senguenes and Öztürk, recently implemented this model. The results were groundbreaking and showed promising accuracy on real-world projects.
We are very happy to have Burcu Şengüneş with us at our Local Group event in October. We are looking forward to seeing you there, too!
