with 3D project worlds for shared understanding
with Janek Panneitz
Agenda
- until 17:30 - Arrival
- 17:30 - Welcome & keynote speech
- 19:30 - End of the event
Location : tbd. locally in Hamburg
About the topic:
3D project worlds are a mixture of mind mapping and constellation that makes content quickly and intuitively accessible and also presents complex relationships in a structured way.
The great advantage lies in the summary of information and the reduction of complexity to a level that still allows connections and interactions to be recognized. This additional gain in information is retained by the team in the long term and can also be flexibly adapted if project parameters change.
The 3D project worlds are particularly suitable for creating a common understanding within the team. In the case of joint target development (OKR) or the development of team values. It also helps as a method for establishing a common working basis across silo boundaries with a large number of different stakeholders.
In detail, a 3D project world is created in several steps:
- The content is transferred to maps.
- The content is grouped into themed islands.
- The distance between the topic islands illustrates the proximity of the content.
- Priorities are visualized by height differences and can be discussed.
- Stakeholder perspectives are added.
