A big thank you also for your contributions to the project profiles!

Since our members come from various areas within the life sciences sector, we wanted to gain a better understanding of the types of projects and programs represented in our group. After collecting the profiles, we began processing the results by categorizing and simplifying them. Our aim is to identify common patterns and frequent challenges, and to map these to the PMBOK knowledge areas. This will help us explore how standard project management practices can support our day-to-day challenges and guide us in identifying best practices.

We’ll continue the discussion from our last meeting in March and would like to propose some ideas on how we can move forward with our next group activities.
