Study Group Session: Project life cycle, development approaches and business environment (Antje Lehmann-Benz)

Project life cycle, development approaches and business environment
In this study group session, we will dive together into the world of the project life cycle, development approaches and the business environment - all topics that you will encounter in the PMP exam. We will look at the classic stages of a project and assign typical PM tasks to them. We will then look at development approaches such as predictive, adaptive and hybrid - and you will have the opportunity to test whether you can recognize the differences in a small exercise.
We will also talk about how projects are linked to the corporate strategy - an important aspect both in the audit and in real day-to-day project work. And because compliance issues are also becoming increasingly relevant in practice, we will shed light on how to deal with regulatory requirements. Finally, there is a short exercise with exam questions to encourage targeted preparation.
