On February 6, 2025, we launched our new initiative, the Group Working Session, where we agreed to complete the project profile template. Our goal for the February and March sessions is to create and refine these project profiles.

The participants come from various industries within the Life Sciences sector, including MedTech, Pharma, and Food, each with different ways of working. The objective is to learn from one another by identifying and structuring common characteristics of projects, which led to the idea of project profiles.

The second meeting of this session will take place on February 25, 2025, where we will address open questions. Afterwards, we plan to engage in a brainstorming session. Participation in the first meeting is not required.
