Viele Organisationen wollen innovativer, schneller und KI-fähiger werden. Doch echte Wirksamkeit entsteht nicht allein durch neue Technologien, neue Initiativen oder neue Ziele. Sie entsteht dort, wo Menschen und Organisationen lernen, klarer zu führen, besser zu priorisieren und bewusst zu entscheiden, was nicht mehr weiterverfolgt wird. Der Abend bringt zwei Themen zusammen, die auf den ersten Blick unterschiedlich wirken, aber eng miteinander verbunden sind: KI als neue Führungs- und Entscheidungsschnittstelle und Exnovation als Fähigkeit, strategisch loszulassen. Im Kontext von OKRs, Zielen und Organisationsentwicklung stellt sich damit eine zentrale Frage: Wie schaffen wir Fokus in einer Welt, in der ständig neue Möglichkeiten entstehen? Ein Abend für alle, die KI nicht nur nutzen, sondern wirksam in Organisationen integrieren wollen und die ahnen, dass Zukunftsfähigkeit auch bedeutet, Altes bewusst zu beenden.
