As the use of AI increases and the pace of change accelerates, so do the demands placed on project managers and leaders. Self-management, self-awareness, and resilience are thus becoming critical competencies for effective and sustainable project management.
This one-day workshop focuses on the individual in the midst of transformation. It centers on consciously managing inner drivers and mental patterns, recognizing one’s own strengths, and exploring how these can foster direction, stability, and effectiveness in day-to-day project work.
