World-renowned project management speakers will host a 24-hour, public charity event on project management and leadership topics to support children and families in Ukraine on April 27-28, 2022.
We would like to draw your attention to the following 24-hour charity event on project management and in order to raise funds for the support UNICEF program for children from Ukraine. The official press release of the organizers reads as follows:
Munich, 7 April 2022:
Some of the world’s most distinguished speakers and trainers in Project Management have joined forces for a 24-hour public conference which will take place on 27 and 28 April 2022. Coming from various countries, they will each talk about their project management and leadership topics.
All speakers are volunteering for the event, and revenues from the conference will go to UNICEF’s program for children from Ukraine.
Patric Eid, the event’s initiator, gave some further insights: “We are very concerned about the impact that wars, famine, exploitation, and other tragedies have on families. The war in Ukraine has been a trigger to motivate us to come together. The profits of this conference’s admission fee will be donated to UNICEF’s support for children and families from Ukraine. But we are already thinking of other worthwhile causes.”
The conference is supported by PMI, Project Management Institute, the Project Business Foundation, and the Valense Network.

As usual for events with project management content, 1 PDU per hour can be claimed in the respective category (so 24 hours = 24 PDUs); details will be announced shortly.
A unique opportunity to combine something meaningful (your donation to UNICEF) with interesting (high quality presentations by well-known speakers) and useful (PDUs on the way to recertification of PMI certifications).
