The time has come: The PMI Germany Chapter e.V. elects new board members and auditors!

In the period from April 17th, 2023 to April 30th, 2023, every member will be invited by email to vote electronically. Please note the following:

• You will receive the invitation to vote at your email address that is stored in your personal profile at www.pmi.org.
• The email with the invitation to the election will be sent from the address "noreply@eballot.com" with the subject "Board Elections Germany Chapter 2023". Please also check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there.

The bylaws of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. provide for a rolling system for the election of the various board positions. A term of office is three years, but is shorter in two cases because successors to resigned board members are elected here. This time, the following posts are re-elected. The profiles of the applicants can be viewed here.

• Vice President: in Finance 
  Responsible for the preparation of and compliance with an annual financial plan for the association and the regions, for controlling income and expenses and for the bookkeeping of the association in accordance with legal requirements.
  Duration of office: 3 years
  
  
• Vice President:in Members 
  Responsible for the support and satisfaction of the association members as well as for the acquisition of new members.
  Duration of office: 3 years
  
  
• Vice-President: in Central Region
  Responsible for the provision of the "PMI Chapter Membership Services" and all other offers of the chapter in the central region as well as for representing the interests of the region on the board.
  Duration of office: 3 years
  
  
• Vice President: in East Region 
  Responsible for the provision of the "PMI Chapter Membership Services" and all other offers of the chapter in the East region as well as for representing the interests of the region on the board.
  Duration of office: 3 years
  
  
• Vice President: in North Region
  Responsible for the provision of the "PMI Chapter Membership Services" and all other offers of the chapter in the North region as well as for representing the interests of the region on the board.
  Duration of office: 2 years
  
  
• Vice President: in the South Region 
  Responsible for the provision of the "PMI Chapter Membership Services" and all other offers of the chapter in the southern region as well as for representing the interests of the region on the board.
  Duration of office: 1 year

In addition to the board members, two cash auditors will also be elected, who will check the 2022 cash register once and independently. According to the association’s rules, the cash auditors are elected by the general meeting, which means that the election of the cash auditors follows the same process as the election of the board members.
