Sanja is a Senior Academic Leader and Senior Programme Manager in the Higher Education sector, bringing deep expertise from her work with the European Employment and Education, Learning and Skills Council, as well as her background as a Strategic Partnerships Manager for public sector and government agencies.

Her broad specialization spans:

• International Higher Education & Policy: Expertise in employment and skills funding, policy, and training development.
• Talent & Career Leadership: Focused on talent development, mentoring, coaching, and strategic HR management.
• Strategic Alliances & CSR: Proven track record in project management, partnership building, diversity management, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
