Annual General Meeting
At the General Meeting, the Board of Directors presents the financial results for the past year and subsequently requests approval for the financial year. Furthermore, the Executive Board reports on the most important activities since the last General Meeting and on significant news regarding the strategic direction. The invitation is sent at least two weeks in advance by e-mail to all chapter members valid at the time.

You are already a PMI member and would like to become a member of the PMI Germany Chapter?
Since you are already a PMI® member, you have access to the PMI Marketplace. Click on "Add to Cart" and then on "Checkout" for registration and payment.
Cost: US$25 per year. Includes: Chapter membership through the end of your current PMI membership year.
You will then receive an itemized receipt to submit to the Tax Office or your employer (if they are covering the cost).
For PMI Non-Members
You want to become a new member of PMI® and PMI Germany Chapter?
To become a member of the PMI Germany Chapter, you must first become a member of PMI®.
Register online at https://membership.pmi.org/account/. In the application you have the option to select the PMI Germany Chapter.
Cost: US$ 164 in the 1st year, US$ 154 per year thereafter. Includes:
- US$ 129 PMI® membership
- US$ 25 chapter membership
- US$ 10 initiation fee (one-time)
You will then receive a detailed receipt to submit to the IRS or your employer (if they are covering the cost).
For Students
You want to become a new member of PMI® and PMI Germany Chapter AND you are a student?
Go to PMI Marketplace and click "Add to cart" for the PMI Membership.
Go to PMI Marketplace again and click "Add to cart" for chapter membership.
Then click on "Checkout".
Cost: US$32 per year. Includes: US$32 PMI Membership. Chapter membership is free for students.

Your employer pays your membership?
The easiest way is to bill your expense account.If you would like to be billed via invoice to the company, preferably as a collective invoice for multiple members, please send an email stating your PMI ID, employer and the person(s) involved in English to customercare.emea@pmi.org.

We will then be happy to arrange the remaining part.
Group billing is available from PMI for groups of 15 or more. You can find more details here.
Renew Membership PMI and PMI Germany Chapter
You want to renew your membership in PMI or PMI Germany Chapter?
Since May 2017, PMI membership is automatically renewed. This option can be deactivated and reactivated at any time at my.pmi.org.
Alternatively, membership can still be renewed manually. To do so, log in to the Website with your username/password and click "Renew".
If your PMI membership is up for renewal, you will be presented with your existing chapter memberships for renewal. You can make changes.
Check out, pay by credit card, and you're done. You will then receive a detailed receipt to submit to your tax office or employer (if they are covering the costs) and will be a "Member in Good Standing" with PMI and PMI Germany Chapter e.V. for another 12 months.
Please note
According to the PMI membership process and to the bylaws of the PMI Germany Chapter, you cannot be a chapter member without being a PMI member. Your PMI and chapter membership expiration dates are the same regardless of when you add one or more chapters. So if you only have four months of your PMI membership left, your chapter membership will expire in four months, regardless of when you joined the chapter.
