After more than a year of planning and preparation, the “PM-Summit 2024” project comes to an end on November 25/26, 2024.

In many hours of voluntary work, the team Jutta Zilian, Thomas Pförtner, Jens Liebold, Anthony Soprano, Madeleine Schulz, Chanaka Perera and Benedikt Warmke have done everything they could to organize a great congress.

The team put together an outstanding program and created the logistical conditions to provide the participants with two wonderful days of learning and networking.

We have often reported on the topics covered in the presentations and workshops: AI in project management, dealing with projects in organizations - keyword PMO, the procedures and methods of project management and the broad field of “power skills”, the ability to achieve results in a team.
