Today's customers place high demands on the construction industry of tomorrow. As project managers, we want to live up to this, optimize our principles and look the challenges in a visionary way.

Classical methods are often no longer sufficient, the construction industry must continue to act economically in the future. Lean construction and BIM have been state of the art for several years, but are these tools and methods enough for us?
Does it still make sense to plan down to the last detail, or do we have an open ear for our customers?

From the owner's point of view, changes up to the turnkey handover of the building are certainly desirable, but can we do justice to this, or is this not possible at all?

How do we want to treat classic contracts in an agile manner, based on the partly outdated legal situation?
Many of us are in traditional companies, professions, processes and yet we want to change the world, shape it and connect it through infrastructure or network it?

The digital age, modern approaches of industry and information technology seem to change our thinking and acting almost unnoticed.
The faster we transform, the closer we stay to the customer, but can we do it alone? Let's benefit together from the agile transformation in construction project management and actively influence our future. And to this end, let's pave this way together in the PMI Germany Chapter.
