Use of photos by PMI Germany Chapter

By registering for this event, participants agree, that any photos taken during the event, which show them partially or wholly recognizable, in media of the PMI Germany Chapter e. V. (e. g. website, online magazine, newsletter, flyers) for the purpose of documentation of chapter life. Further distribution of photos will not be done.

Use of Recordings by the PMI Germany Chapter

In addition, video and/or audio recordings and/or transcripts (“recordings”) will be made during the Events. The PMI Germany Chapter intends to publish these recordings in part or in whole in the download area on the homepage of the association, which is only accessible by members. The purpose of this limited publication is to give the chapter members the chance to obtain information about the event. By registering for the event, participants agree that recordings of them, in which they are partially or fully recognizable, may be posted in the member download area for this purpose.

Recordings by Participants

All participants in this event are prohibited from making their own recordings or transcripts – including those via AI-Tools – of this event. Violations constitute a violation of personal rights and can lead to exclusion from this and other PMI Germany Chapter events.

Copyright

Any documents, recordings or transcripts of this event provided by the PMI Germany Chapter are intended solely for the personal use of the participants and must not be made available to any other person or organization.

\nIf you provide your contact details in the chat or elsewhere in the event, you allow every participant in the event to contact you – otherwise contact will not be possible as the PMI Germany Chapter does not publish the list of participants.

Automated PDU credit

\nIf you would like to use the chapter service of automated PDU crediting (if it is offered for this event), please be sure to enter your correct PMI ID in your user profile (not PMP number or similar!), otherwise the Processing will not take place.

Refund in case of non-participation

Your participation fee will only be refunded if you cancel your participation in good time - i.e. at least three days - before the event and thus release your place. Otherwise, you are not entitled to refund your participation fee.
