The Program Operations Lead will oversee the mentoring program activities and social network groups with impact over the chapter’s development during 2022. Manage quality assurance of the mentoring program, operations managers supervise and strategize process improvements. Responsibility for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of the mentoring program within the Germany Chapter community.
Objectives
- Maintain constant communication with mentoring program lead manager, coordinators, and profilers to ensure proper operations of the program.
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the mentoring program capacity.
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives..
Responsibilities
- Motivate and support the mentoring program team.
- Together with the mentoring program lead manager - setup and implementation of development plans for further development.
- Partner with relevant chapter stakeholders to support program and improving the processes.
- Conduct program reviews and report to program lead manager.
