General Topics-CoP: Kick-Off-Meeting

We face new challenges in projects every day. With this CoP, we want to take a "deep dive" into a wide range of topics from the broad field of project management across all industries and develop new approaches to tackling these issues, as well as publish them in presentations and articles where appropriate.

In our kick-off meeting, we want to get to know each other and find an initial topic that we want to prepare. The first suggestions have already been made.
