Topic 1
Leadership in Flow: The Art of Situational Potential
The Lecture: Forget pressure and control. True leadership does not show itself in forcing solutions, but in recognizing the circumstances. Michael Fritzsche offers you a different perspective on leadership, inspired by principles from Tai Ji.
What to Expect:
- Perception instead of force: Learn how to use the "situational potential" to let results grow naturally.
- Like water: Discover how leadership works flexibly and adaptively – without losing direction.
- Pure practice: In small exercises, you will experience directly how the interplay of leading and following feels.
Speaker: Michael Fritzsche
Target Audience: Leaders who want to reflect on their leadership style and complement it with new, effective impulses.
Michael Fritzsche combines deep technical knowledge in Controls Engineering (Master) with solid management expertise (AltMBA). After formative leadership positions at ThyssenKrupp, including as Senior Manager and Taskforce Leader for international major projects, he is now responsible as Director PM at HAHN Automation for complex engineering strategies. His leadership approach is characterized by high situational awareness – a principle he deliberately integrates into modern project management through his enthusiasm for Taiji.

Mastering the Chaos: How Systems Thinking Can Fast-Track Your Projects
Why We’re All System Players
Let’s be real: we are all part of something much bigger. Whether it’s at work, at home, or in our free time, we never act in a vacuum. Everything we do creates a ripple effect. Understanding how these systems tick, what their rules are, and where their limits lie simply makes life easier to navigate.
In this talk, we’re diving deep into the world of systems science. We’ll break down:
- What actually makes systems so complex?
- Why do they sometimes act completely chaotic?
- And most importantly: How can we use this knowledge to boost performance?
We’ll take a close look at what you, as an individual, can truly influence within a system—and where you might be wasting your breath. Get ready for practical tips to help you manage your projects or systems with more focus, speed, and ease.
Key Takeaways :
Insight: Complexity isn’t an obstacle; it’s a feature you can learn to steer.
- Understanding: Get to know the mechanics behind the chaos.
- Efficiency: Reach your goals with less resistance.
- Focus: Learn to pull the levers that actually move the needle.
