Women in Projects Webinar November 2025 From Projects to Strategy: How Project Professionals Drive Business Value

Women in Projects Webinar November 2025 From Projects to Strategy: How Project Professionals Drive Business Value

This “Women in Projects Network” closes out another year with our annual “From the Top” view of where we are and were we need to focus for the future. This session explores what it means to lead with vision, courage, and authenticity. Join us as we gain inspiration from senior leaders shaping the future of projects and people.

Dr. Gaurav Kumar Chawla, a visionary leader and dynamic voice in the Architecture

Projects are no longer just about delivering outputs—they are the engines of organizational strategy. This session explores how project professionals can connect execution to strategic goals, strengthen business acumen, and communicate value in the language of executives to drive long-term success.

Organizations succeed or fail based on their ability to execute strategy effectively—and projects are the vehicle for that execution. Yet too often, project success is measured only by outputs such as time, cost, and scope, rather than by the outcomes that matter most to the business. To thrive in today’s competitive and uncertain environment, project professionals must expand their role from task managers to strategic leaders who understand and speak the language of business.
This session will provide practical insights on how to align projects with organizational strategy, ensure benefits realization, and strengthen communication with executives. Participants will learn how to reframe project conversations from “what we deliver” to “why it matters,” positioning themselves as trusted advisors who enable business value, not just project outputs.
By the end of this session, participants will be equipped with tools and perspectives to elevate their role—helping their organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
