We hereby cordially invite you to our Annual General Meeting on November 15, 2023 from 19:00 to 21:00. The meeting will be held online in German language.

Without registration it is NOT possible to participate!
Only members of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. are eligible to participate. For this reason, the PMI ID will be requested during registration. Voting by proxy is not permitted. It is NOT possible to register via our website, as is usually the case at PMI Germany Chapter e.V. events.
Once you have registered and your membership has been verified, you will receive the participation link from mitgliederversammlung@pmi-gc.de in a timely manner. Please also check your spam folder! If you have not received a confirmation email by November 14th, even though you have registered and are a member, please contact us at mitgliederversammlung@pmi-gc.de.
In order to participate in voting, it is necessary to participate in the general meeting via a common web browser. Participation by telephone only is not sufficient.
At the General Assembly, the Executive Board will present the financial results for 2022 and subsequently ask for discharge for the 2022 financial year, as well as report on the most important activities since the last General Assembly and key updates on the strategic direction.
The procedure is as follows:

> 7:00pm: General Meeting

- TOP2: Presentation and approval of agenda, handling of requests
- TOP3: Report of the board for the fiscal year 2022
- TOP4: Report on the cash audit of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. for fiscal year 2022
- TOP5: Discharge of the board of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. for the fiscal year 2022
- TOP6: Changes to the Bylaws and approval
- TOP7: Report on chapter activities since the last general meeting incl. outlook to strategic direction of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. as well as PMI in Germany
- TOP8: Questions & Answers
About 9:00 pm: End of General Meeting and closure of the online conference room
