The European PMOGA (PMO Global Alliance) Community in PMI is starting to form and will host its first Europe-wide PMO Power Hour on February 20, 2025 at 17:00 CET.

The PMO Power Hour is a virtual event series that focuses on the challenges, importance and impact of outstanding PMOs across Europe with best practice examples.

First up is the award-winning PMO team from ING Spain & Portugal, winners of the prestigious European PMO of the Year Award. Their inspiring story shows how they have transformed their organization and aligned every initiative and project with ING's strategic vision.

Daniel Torrejón Magdaleno and his team explain the practical steps, experiences and learnings that helped the team overcome challenges and achieve a unified strategic direction with their PMO, which ultimately contributed significantly to ING's success.
