At the first joint meeting of the leads of the Communities of Practice (CoPs), the specialist groups of the PMI Germany Chapter, representatives from eight CoPs came together to sharpen their common direction.
The key question was how the Communities can contribute to their members. Together, the participants defined four priorities for their future work:

Share project management knowledge with a strong focus on practical application

Provide new perspectives and ideas

Foster the exchange of knowledge and practical experience

Align their activities specifically with the needs of PMI Germany Chapter members
With these priorities, the Communities of Practice have established a common framework for their future work and are strengthening professional exchange within the Chapter.
