Nine years after the first edition, PMI has published the second edition of the Agile Practice Guide. The guide has been extensively updated to reflect how agile ways of working have evolved in recent years.
New or significantly expanded topics include hybrid ways of working, product management, enterprise agility and scaling, psychological safety, sustainability, and generative artificial intelligence. Each chapter also explains where artificial intelligence can provide useful support and which risks need to be considered.
The guide remains independent of any specific framework. It helps practitioners understand agile ways of working and apply them according to their specific context.
The new Agile Practice Guide is available free of charge to PMI members.
