Starting today, interested individuals can apply for a board position at the new PMI Germany Chapter e.V.. The window for applications runs for 14 days, from 03.02.2021 to 17.02.2021. Applications received later will not be considered.

The Nominating Committee has compiled all details for the application process on the website https://onegermanchapter.de/election/ Please use only the Powerpoint template downloadable from there to apply, and please send your application only to the email address listed on this website.
For the first post-merger election, all 11 positions will be filled. However, the terms of office for each board position will vary to avoid always swapping the entire board at the next election.

All details on this and the indication of which board office with which duration is now elected can be found in the Bylaws (“Satzung” and “Vereinsordnung”), which are also available for download on the above-mentioned website.

In addition to the eleven board members, two financial auditors are also being sought to conduct a one-time, independent audit of the 2020 bookkeeping. According to our Bylaws, the auditors will be elected by the general assembly - so the two people will go through the same process, i.e. application and election, as the future board members. Even though this is a comparatively short commitment.

One more note for our English-speaking members: Your application is highly welcome. Please note, however, that many documents are written in German and you should at least be able to read documents in German language without any problems - this will make the job much easier for you. Not every document and minutes will be able to be written bilingually.
