In addition to the numerous events for members and those interested in project management (see our calender of events on the website) as well as the Communities of Practice and the Study Groups, the Germany Chapter offers Career Development to further develop project management skills.
The activities of the PMI Germany Chapter in the area of Career Development like Professional Development Workshops (Link) focus on the advancement of individual project management skills and the distribution of international and standardized project management methods and tools among organizations in Germany. Career Development at the PMI Germany Chapter means:

This will be an exciting event combining inspiring lectures with interactive exercises. You will practically apply and thus experience the power of slow thinking, ‘wow moments’ guaranteed.

Sneak preview of what is going to come:
A major part of the training will be spent on “slow thinking in a meeting”. Here, you will get to know the three phases of slow thinking – (1) divergent thinking, (2) change of perspective, (3) convergent thinking – and the tools to apply them in practice.
