After the Female Empowerment Program (#FEMP) has been successfully established in the PMI Germany Chapter, we will start the Youth Empowerment Program (#YEP) on May 10th.

To an increasing extent, we will work in projects in the future. The work form "project" will therefore make up a steadily increasing share of the working world. This is why many people are talking about the "project economy", which will determine our working lives in the future. Against this background, it makes sense to deal with what projects are, how projects run and what is important in order to carry out projects well.

With the Youth Empowerment Program, we want to specifically address younger people who are either still studying or have just taken their first professional steps, in order to get to know project management, to deal with it and to develop personally, as well as to help give new impetus to the topic of project management in order to develop it further.
