The Workshop will be held in German Language!

We are in the midst of a transition from the Industrial Age, with its defining leadership styles,
into the Age of Knowledge Workers. VUCA, disruption, agility, New Work,
values, the environment, and mindfulness are just a few of the new buzzwords. People
play an essential role in this transition. Even the Benedictines recognized
that “Only those who can lead themselves can lead others” (Father Amseln
Grün). A motivation- and value-oriented approach to working together is an essential part of this.
Companies like Upstalsboom demonstrate how this transformation of an entire company can succeed through
intensive reflection on and discussion of values. As a
project manager successfully engage the various stakeholders here and integrate them as
success factors in your projects, thereby steering sustainable success for
yourself and all those involved?
