For the many things we want to do, we are looking for volunteers.

We start the event with a lecture by Tobias Lienhard (https://www.linkedin.com/in/tobias-lienhard-workshops )Unconventional, creative and motivating - because projects and the topics of change and LEAN require exactly that: Thinking outside the box and looking for new ways to initiate and accompany changes with fun and passion.
He shows us ways to get a project up and running with ProjectFacilitation.
To this day, projects fail due to “human” factors: Problematic communication, lack of commitment, little management support and much more. #ProjectFacilitation is an approach that - across all frameworks - enables project managers to prevent exactly that.
After a break, which we use for networking, we will introduce you to volunteering in the PMI Germany Chapter.

What should you bring with you to get involved in volunteering?
You should be willing to invest a few hours a week in volunteering. It would be good if you speak German, but we also have tasks for English-speaking volunteers.
