17:30  Arrival & Introduction

17:45  Project managers and artificial intelligence: Threat or opportunity in a transforming work environment

How the smartest project managers are using AI to do less admin and more leading.

Daniel Zach, Easysoft

As artificial intelligence becomes more accessible, project managers face a simple but pressing question: is AI a threat to their role — or a tool to make them more effective than ever?

In this practical, myth-busting session, we’ll walk through a week in the life of a modern Project Manager — across planning, reporting, tracking, and risk control — to reveal exactly where AI fits in. From automating routine tasks to supporting faster, data-informed decisions, intelligent tools are helping project managers shift from administrative coordinators to strategic leaders.

Through the lens of Easy Redmine and its ecosystem, we’ll explore how PMs are already integrating external AI solutions — even when their tools don’t have AI built in. We’ll examine what AI can do today, what it still can’t, and how to position yourself at the centre of this shift — not at risk from it.

If you want to stay relevant, lead smarter and do more of what truly matters, this session is for you.
