Community Hotspot Rhein-Main
Would you like to expand and pass on your project management experience?
We offer you an opportunity to do this on site together with a community of many people interested in project management.
We will start the evening with an interesting lecture by Tobias Lienhard.
He shows us ways to get a project up and running with ProjectFacilitation.
To this day, projects fail due to “human” factors: Problematic communication, lack of commitment, little management support and much more.
#ProjectFacilitation is an approach that - across all frameworks - enables project managers to prevent exactly that. Even more: Turning it into a positive one and igniting a new spirit! The focus is on interactive and exciting workshops about the project life cycle. What effects do workshops have? How do they work and how can I apply them to myself and my projects?
For the many things that we want to do for our members, our community and the society, we are looking for volunteers.

What is required to get involved in volunteering?
You should be willing to invest a few hours a week in volunteering. It would be good if you speak German, but we also have tasks for English-speaking volunteers.
We don't leave anyone alone, we take care of all our volunteers intensively, train them in their tasks and promote their further development.
